Online Therapy

These are services offered online through a secure video chat, via email, or on the telephone. Trilogy Providers ask that we both meet from confidential locations and that there are limited to no distractions. This can be a super helpful way to receive therapy if it is difficult to get to an office location for whatever reason. This can also be super helpful as your Therapist can see what it’s like to be at your home, work, or other area you choose to meet from. You can share your space and what you experience from these environments. Some people find this to be more comfortable than coming into the office for services. All Trilogy Counselors have experience and training in how to support others using Telehealth services.
