Marshall Albright MA

Clinical Trainee: Pre-licensed Clinician

Do you ever feel torn between different parts of yourself? One side might feel anxious, angry, or depressed, while another wants to move on and heal. Together, we can untangle and make sense of them.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and am working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) under the supervision of Jacqueline Faddler, LPCC. My approach is rooted in understanding you—your values, your goals, and what a meaningful life looks like for you. Therapy isn’t about forcing change; it’s about working together to navigate life’s challenges in a way that aligns with who you are.

I work with teens, adults, and couples, offering a balance of practical tools and deeper exploration. Sometimes, relief comes from shifting how we think about problems or incorporating mindfulness strategies. Other times, it’s about slowing down and making sense of the patterns beneath the surface. We’ll take things at your pace, making space for both immediate support and long-term healing.

I have a special focus on anger, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, grief, relationships, and skill-building—things like problem-solving, coping, and effective communication.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of what’s next, we’ll start where you are and take it one step at a time.

Marshall is supervised by Jacqueline Faddler MS, LPCC

My approach is person-centered, meaning I show up authentically, with compassion and without judgment. I integrate various therapy models to find what works best for you, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have completed additional training in IFS and take an IFS-informed approach.
