Marshall is a dedicated graduate student at the University of St. Thomas where he is passionately pursuing his journey towards becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). As a counselor, he aims to help accept and navigate life’s challenges and work together to identify ways to overcome them that are in alignment to your values. His approach is centered on personal empowerment and helping you navigate life’s complexities with confidence. Under the expert guidance of Jacqueline Faddler, LPCC, Marshall is committed to honing his skills and knowledge.

Marshall’s approach to therapy is founded in a person-centered approach that includes authenticity, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. He uses an integrated approach that helps identify the best methods for you, including mindfulness strategies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The integration of other strategies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
systems theory, and behavioral-based approaches help tailor the healing process to best fit your needs.

Marshall is supervised by Jacqueline Kelly-Faddler LPCC.
Some areas that Marshall has experience and training in are: CBT, Conflict resolution, Stress Management, Men’s issues (including relationships and communication, as well as everyday life stressors related to work). Family and Social concerns, Anxiety, Depression, Career counseling, Skills training in the areas of: effective communication, coping, and problem-solving.
