Want a great place to learn and grow?

Trilogy Counseling is a cohesive group of professionals working together to create positive change for those we help.

Whether you are working on your undergrad degree or a professional degree in mental health, we have space for you. Trilogy Counseling values our Clinical Trainees and offers a wide variety of experience to those working with us.

While working with us, you will learn some of the ins and outs of building and running a private group practice in the state of Minnesota. Depending on your education level, you may be involved in marketing for services, engaging in networking opportunities, building caseloads, administrative tasks, creating and running groups (if you choose), and managing Client care. Your Supervisor and colleagues will model and provide reflective consultation and support. We will accompany you on your journey to discovering what type of Provider or professional you would like to be. We pride ourselves in offering unique and eclectic experiences tailored to each individual Student’s and Client’s needs while keeping ethical standards and best practices in mind.

Trilogy has offices in Princeton, Elk River and within the Saint Francis school district. We also see clients online in Minnesota. We are seeking someone who could potentially see clients in office or online at any of our locations. Our special someone would be flexible, ask lots of questions, communicate consistently amongst colleagues and with clients, are timely and thorough with completing paperwork, resourceful and willing to tackle problems and complete challenges. Trilogy Counseling Providers are trauma-informed, consider family and cultural variables in our work, and do not discriminate. We are trained in and apply an assortment of modalities and theories in our work to best meet client needs. We work well together and on our own.

Individual supervision is offered weekly and bi-weekly as a group. Your supervisor will create a supervision plan with you that addresses your needs. You will be offered an array of interventions and therapeutic techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help you find your niche and provide quality care. Our supervisors and providers will encourage you to find balance in your personal and professional life and instill the importance of boundaries and self-care in our practice. Supervision and initial training will be primarily conducted in person at our Princeton location and online as needed.

Our Practicum Students and Interns are paid a stipend at the end of their experience; depending on length of commitment and competency. You will discuss any perks or benefits offered at interview.
