Jacqueline is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. She is approved by the Florida Department of Health to also see individuals in Florida via telehealth. For almost 28 years she has been providing services in the mental health field; Counseling for the past 10. Jacqueline has a Master’s of Science degree in Community Counseling and a Master’s level certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jackie is a qualified Play Therapist and has been trained in EMDR. Jacqueline has also completed training in AIR Network, Polyvagal Theory and IFS (Internal Family Systems). She is a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, member of the MN Play Therapy Association and the MN Counseling Association.

Jacqueline practices primarily from a trauma-focused, person-centered (it’s all about you and the gifts you already have) and systems (relationship dynamics) perspective; incorporating other therapy techniques as needed. Because of this, she would call herself an Eclectic Counselor above all else.

Asking for help can be difficult. Jackie works towards building genuine and trusting relationships with those she supports above all else. She believes the relationship between client and provider is the true space for change. Jacqueline invites humor, compassion, empowerment and honesty into sessions as she helps others work through whatever challenges they may bring.
