
Zamire Lazu
CLINICAL TRAINEE-INTERN
Zamire is currently in her master's program to obtain licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and International Relations from Crown College. With experience in various roles supporting individuals' well-being—including as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and as an intern working with at-risk middle school students, she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the mental health field.

Zamire is passionate about providing compassionate and effective support to those in need. She brings strong communication skills and a bilingual background in Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Her professional approach is influenced by Bowen's family systems theory and the impact of trauma. She values self-care for counselors and emphasizes ethical decision-making in her practice.

Understanding that seeking help can be challenging, Zamire is committed to building genuine, trusting relationships with those she supports. She fosters an environment of empathy, empowerment, and honesty, helping individuals navigate their journeys.
