Ashley is licensed in the state of MN as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Ashley provides contracted counseling services with Trilogy Counseling Services, PLLC through her independent practice Rosebud Counseling LLC. Ashley provides services to adults, couples, teens, children, and families. She understands that beginning counseling can be a big decision, so her approach is to work together to find the right fit to meet your unique needs. Ashley uses a variety of theories in her practice with special interest in family systems, CBT, attachment, and holistic or wellness techniques. Ashley loves helping her clients feel comfortable with who they are and in building confidence as they navigate their path towards growth.
