In Office Counseling
Some people make the most progress by meeting in the same space as their Therapist.
Trilogy Counseling offers office appointments in Princeton, St. Francis, Elk River & Roseville.
Online Counseling
Telehealth offers flexibility that office sessions may not be able to provide. Meet with our Providers from the comfort of home or at a time or space that may be more convenient for you.
We offer a confidential, easy to use, online platform for those who may benefit from telehealth support in the states of Minnesota & Florida.
Supervision
Trilogy Counseling Services offers Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved supervision for those seeking LPC/LPCC licensure in Minnesota. We meet weekly individually and as a group 2x per month.
We strongly believe in supporting upcoming Counselors so they can provide the best care to those who seek out our help.
Our primary Supervisor offers over 25 years of experience working within the mental health field; 9 of those years providing Counseling to Clients.
